The personal data collected on our website is processed in compliance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. We also guarantee that personal data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently, and is collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes, kept limited to those purposes and updated if necessary. Data subjects will not be identified for longer than necessary and their security will be ensured by appropriate technical and organisational measures.

Within the framework of the project "Patrimonial and personal vulnerability: legal challenges", funded by the Ministry of Science and Innovation, with identification number PID2019-105489RB-I00.

Processing of personal data

Personal data will be processed by the responsible entity when you provide them by completing the registration or contact forms, sending e-mails or telephoning. The data will be processed for the purpose of communicating with the interested parties by any means and responding to queries and requests for information, such as:

Retention of data

As a general rule, the data will be kept for as long as they are compatible with the purpose for which they were collected, in compliance with legal retention obligations and to meet any liabilities that may arise from the processing, and will then be deleted. The INJEV organisation reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to applicable regulations and to keep it up to date with new developments and possibilities offered by the Internet. Therefore, it reserves the right to implement these changes at its discretion and requests the User to check this Privacy Policy periodically as the User is bound by those changes whenever he/she visits our Site.
